Hello,

has anyone here ever installed a ventilation system themselves? Any experience? Is it doable (I am quite handy), and are there any guides for it?
We are currently building a new single-family house with 174 m² (1,874 sq ft) and an air source heat pump. The question is also to what extent the ventilation system is connected to the heating system — since the heating will be installed by a professional. I want to make sure we don’t interfere with each other.
So: who knows a good system that is affordable (price?) and easy to install?

Best regards from a newcomer to the forum

Who came up with that idea?

Okay, something like this only makes sense in a passive house, so it’s best to avoid it due to warranty concerns. The key factors here are heat recovery and inverter integration with the ventilation system.

I assume there is an air heating system in addition to the passive house here.
