Hello everyone,
I recently assembled an IKEA Besta cabinet and noticed that the fronts of the doors and drawers do not align evenly. Specifically, the gap sizes are not exactly equal: some door fronts are slightly tilted or slightly offset, which is especially noticeable given the otherwise very simple design.
My question to the community: What are common causes of this issue with Besta systems? How can the fronts be adjusted precisely and permanently to create visually clean lines? Are there any tools or tips that can help with fine tuning? And if anyone has long-term experience: How stable does the alignment remain in everyday use, especially with frequent opening and closing?
I look forward to your tips and advice!

In such cases, the only solution is usually to replace the affected front, as these deformations tend to worsen rather than improve with use.
Is it completely impossible that the cabinet carcass itself is warped in your case?
