I don't have experience with it myself.
Still, a few words about ID Massivhaus. The question "Who knows xyz and has experience?" comes up here quite often. When it comes to smaller medium-sized companies, the chance of finding a real collection of experiences is almost zero. And a single experience doesn’t say much—it could be from a complainer who always criticizes.
But somehow you found them. Do they build a lot in your area? Then you can probably talk to the homeowners directly. Everyone likes to share about something that occupied them for months and represents a huge investment. Pay attention to how their houses look. Is the base plastered or only painted? Titanium zinc gutters or plastic? Heatings from Junkers or Viessmann, or some no-name equipment? If plastered, hold a long level against it to check if it’s reasonably straight. For brickwork, watch out for well-filled joints. These are a weak point in brick facades. For interior tiles, is it acceptable to spend 25 or even 30 per square meter, or only 20? Etc. Keep your eyes open. Karsten
