I am not really satisfied with the result. The architect is somewhat older, maybe that is the reason. Please provide some modern suggestions.
The basement is used as a living/party room, and there is an attic as well.
The upper floor has been modified.

What just occurred to me is that the house does not have a single load-bearing interior wall! That is highly unusual and would at least cause me concern.

17.5cm (7 inches) is load-bearing. 11.5cm (4.5 inches) is non-load-bearing.

But even there, the plan is quite odd. Sometimes the walls are 110mm (4.3 inches), then 120mm (4.7 inches) again. It looks as if the “architect” only has a “basic” CAD program that can’t handle decimal values.
