- By moving in, we do not mean the complete finish of construction, but only that you have moved in and the house was basically habitable

I wouldn’t say it was crazy. Groundbreaking at the end of February, move-in by mid-October. Basement, solid construction. Including about a 6-week delay due to issues with multi-utility coordination and the following summer holidays. There was definitely potential to speed things up. The team from @goalkeeper is also maintaining a good pace.We basically had no downtime at all or I was sometimes on site until 1 a.m. to get everything done... and still, we ended up taking 51 weeks.
Construction started for us on October 16, 2018. We began with the neighbor’s L-shaped blocks. The excavation for the basement was carried out at the end of October.
We moved in on July 12, 2019. Everything was actually finished a week earlier. We worked with individual contractors. EL was responsible for all insulation before the screed, priming the walls, and painting the basement walls themselves. Everything else was done by others (including 180m² (1,938 sq ft) of floor tiles).
