My wife and I are looking for a general contractor for our single-family home.
A brief introduction about us:
In 2017, we built and moved into our single-family home near Berlin. It is a prefabricated house from Danwood. We are very satisfied overall, but there are some complications related to building on a slope.
Now, due to my employer, we want to move to the Rhineland-Palatinate area (around Bingen, Bad Kreuznach, etc.).
I have contacted and called a few general contractors here in the forum, but it seems that the distance (40–60 km / 25–37 miles) is too far for them.
Therefore, we are specifically looking for a general contractor in this region, such as Bad Kreuznach, Bingen, Stromberg, who can build a KfW 40 energy-efficient house, offers reasonable prices compared to others, and provides high-quality work.
Does anyone have experience with this?
