Hello,
I own the plot 334/19. According to the Lower Saxony Neighbor Law § 27 paragraph (1), the boundary to the right neighboring property must have a fence.

What exactly does this mean? Which sides are considered left, right, or bottom?

There is already a fence on the upper side. The right (yellow) property is an agricultural area (no longer part of the building zone).

Thank you very much.
Best regards, Lukas

Or just turn the phone upside down 🙂
If the "farmer" wanted to, he would have to fence off the area on the right.
You are allowed to fence off anything.
Plot 18 would have to be fenced off for you if you want.
Plot 7 probably already fenced everything off.

Read the entire regulation; it includes more details, also regarding possibly "multiple right sides."

The farmer might even be grateful if you don’t put up a fence, or at least don’t place it directly on the boundary—keyword "Schwengelrecht" (pivot right of way), see: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/schwengelrecht-bzw-abstand-zur-grenze.8807/ and https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/muss-ich-dem-nachbarn-den-zaunbau-ankuendigen.24798/
