Hello,
I understand that this is purely speculative.
How do you assess the situation for the coming years? Will there be an economic crisis like in 2008/2009, followed by a decrease in construction costs and many houses (including “newer” ones) being sold?
I’m looking forward to your thoughts.
Best regards,
Michael

What are you expecting? To experience anything positive in the future?Of course I expect to experience positive things in the future. Look at the next generations. They learn from our mistakes and create new ones themselves. Of course I also expect that major problems will continue to occur.
It’s a “both and” situation.

I think: apart from climate change, heat waves, and other climate trends, we are doomed anyway: the economy will collapse, Trump is crazy...
soon we won’t exist anymore.
Everyone can convince themselves otherwise...I can really understand that... but I still think positively and hope for the best... my time is too valuable for anything else...
