Good evening,
Is it better to buy the heat pump and the central ventilation system from the same manufacturer, or is that not a good idea? Which manufacturers would you recommend? According to my research, Stiebel Eltron and Wolf are considered "good" manufacturers, or is there perhaps a "hidden gem"?

I’ll take a look at what they offer. They offer heat pumps. LOL
One of the better-known suppliers from Austria. Especially good in the area of older buildings, as they have high-temperature heat pumps available that run efficiently.
Always remember that a heat pump works like a refrigerator. Very simple technology. Don’t just look for suppliers, but rather focus on
- Efficiency
- Modulation range
- Type of system – monoblock or split
- Type of refrigerant
- Ease of use
- Manufacturer’s service network
And, which is much more important, look for an external heating system design. Even the “best” device is useless if the heating system (heating load, underfloor heating layout, desired temperatures) is not properly planned. You can end up with a great, expensive, high-quality device after three years, for example if the heat pump is significantly oversized and cycles on and off frequently.
It doesn’t have to come from a single provider; more important are design, noise levels, maintenance, and simple controls. All-in-one combo units unnecessarily limit you; separate devices are usually more durable and easier to replace. If you provide heating load or standard values, it’s easier to narrow down the appropriate equipment class.
