We want a vanity at least 160 cm wide (63 inches) with two above-counter basins and wall-mounted faucets. To minimize cleaning effort, we are looking for a faucet where the on-off lever is positioned above the basins, not over the gap between the wall and the basin. Additionally, the spray pattern should be such that water does not splash out of the above-counter basins.
Here is an example of such a faucet: Dornbracht, Tara.Logic, wall-mounted single-lever basin mixer, item number: 36 804 885. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to see it "in person" to check the spray behavior. Also, the price is not exactly a bargain ;-).
Thanks!

If I understand correctly, you want a wall-mounted faucet that needs to be installed at a specific height. From my own experience, I can only say that this kind of setup tends to splash a lot, which is quite problematic. Since it’s in our rental apartment, it’s manageable. For our own house, however, we decided against it because of the splashing issues I mentioned. It might also be due to the combination with our Starck 3 washbasin, which has a rather angular design. As stylish as it looks, I can only advise against it for practical reasons.

Besides, the price is definitely not a bargain either ;-). That wouldn’t be the point of a luxury brand anyway ;-)

My main concern is the faucet. I have found another option, brand Axor, Uno Select. The temperature is adjusted using a separate "knob." However, turning the water on and off works exactly as I want, directly on the faucet.
I will now try to see both faucets in person.
