ᐅ Experiences with KfW 40+ or Passive House Monolithic Solid Construction

Hello dear forum members,
I wanted to ask about your experiences with building a KfW 40+ or passive house using monolithic solid construction. Most people told us that they use external thermal insulation composite systems to achieve KfW 40+. Can you recommend companies that build monolithic KfW 40+ or even passive houses? How much higher are the costs compared to masonry plus external thermal insulation? One last question: is there a noticeable difference in indoor climate between monolithic construction and masonry with external thermal insulation?

Unfortunately, I found few reports on this forum and hope there are some of you who can help me 🙂

I cannot confirm that the topic "KfW40 – costs and benefits" is discussed too rarely here. What exactly is meant by the question about "experiences"? I have heard of one case where a housing association built several essentially identical multi-family houses side by side, making a clean comparison possible, with only one of them built to the KfW40 standard. But the participants here? They are people who only build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance or KfW x or KfW y or Passive House standards!

And what they can report is posted here dozens of times: their offered prices with wall A or wall B (a one-dimensional comparison at KfW55) or in combination wall A and heating system gamma, wall B and heating system delta, and controlled residential ventilation (a no longer separable multidimensional comparison between KfW x, y or Passive House).
