ᐅ Entrance platform: tiles or natural stone?

Hello dear forum members...
I am currently building a house and need your help.
My entrance porch has two steps; the top step is covered by a bay window, but the other step is completely exposed to the elements. My question is: what flooring would you recommend, especially considering rain, snow, and similar conditions?

Natural stone, flame-treated, would be my suggestion.

We have constructed the platform with paving stones.
