ᐅ Doorbell and intercom system

Hello everyone!

I am currently in the process of buying a small house and am thinking about a renovation list :-)

I have a rather basic question (as a trained electrician):

I want to install a new doorbell system and a new telephone system.

What exactly do I need to do to connect the doorbell with my (yet to be purchased) cordless phones for the intercom and door opener function?
And how do I integrate this with my Unitymedia Fritz!Box 6360 Cable?

So far, I have only installed standard doorbells and intercom units, so this is completely new territory for me :-)

You need a telephone system that can do that.
It connects both to the telephone and the doorbell.

The router is installed separately.

I don’t remember the exact setup anymore. The last time I wired such a system was about 8 years ago 🙂

The problem is that the phone comes into the house via the router :-)

I have only encountered this situation once where someone wanted such a system, so I haven’t really dealt with it before :-)

I am familiar with the phone system; you need one so that the front door is recognized as an extension, but beyond that, I don’t really know much.
