Hello everyone!
We have now had several meetings with our architect and are unfortunately quite dissatisfied with the designs. These are the 5th drafts and still far from what we envision.
Here are the designs for now.

Where is the TV supposed to be placed, to the right of the fireplace? The TV corner seems a bit too small to me. How is the sofa supposed to fit there? There appears to be a lot of unused space near the entrance to the living room.
To me, there are also too many corners in the individual rooms; it doesn’t look perfectly planned.
Best regards,
Sabine

Steffen8011 Jul 2017 08:34A quick note regarding structural engineering: Nowadays, a lot is possible. We also have an almost 70 sqm (750 sq ft) room (living + kitchen + dining, square) which was initially considered "not feasible." The solution was a 35 cm (14 inch) steel/concrete ceiling with two hidden "columns" in the exterior wall.
