Hello everyone,

we are planning a construction project on a second row plot.

What do you think the costs would be for about 35m (115 feet) of utility connections? That means expenses for water/sewage/electricity/internet including groundwork and the construction of an access road for vehicles and a crane setup area. (in Berlin)

I have a figure in mind and would like to check if it’s roughly accurate.

We built a house three years ago, located in the second row, on a 60m (197 ft) plot.

We hired an excavation contractor who handled all the utilities, construction access road, and paving as a package for about €40,000.

Blue water pipes were installed as conduit for future use,
Wastewater pipes were laid with proper slope and included two inspection points,
Cables: 5x50 mm²,
Empty conduit for fiber optic/telecom,
Two electrical cables 5x2.5 mm² (for lighting, outlets, gate operator),
Data cable 8x0.8 mm (for video, door opener).
