ᐅ Definition of Energy Concept – Introduction and Reason for Registration

In real life, my name is Ingo, I am almost 47 years old, from Bremen, and I will soon start a fairly comprehensive renovation project in the outskirts of Lower Saxony.
Key details about the property:

Built in 1971, 335 sqm (3600 sq ft) of living space, occupied by five people, flat roof, large windows facing southwest, indoor swimming pool with triple glazing, currently an oil heating system from 2000 (Viessmann with 63 kW).

After initial meetings with an energy consultant, architect, Brötje specialist advisor (stepbrother), and several friends with renovation experience, the basic concept or plan is as follows:

Air-source heat pump with solar thermal system (also for pool water), photovoltaic system, comfort ventilation, conversion to underfloor heating, and additionally increasing radiator surfaces in the occupied basement.

At which point would you feel best advised regarding this cross-trade planning? Building services? Heating technology? Manufacturer? Energy consultant?

I want to advance the sizing and financial calculation soon in order to quickly involve KfW.

Does anyone here know Brötje and can share experiences?
