erkenschwicker5 Nov 2012 17:34Hello, for the financing application, proof is required that the house, as currently planned, meets the KfW 70 standard. An energy consultant is needed to provide this proof.
What costs should I expect?
KfW 70 single-family house, 150 sqm (1615 sq ft)
Regards

Bauexperte5 Nov 2012 19:01Hello,
You do not need an "energy consultant" for the KfW proof. You need one to find the most cost-effective heat generator for your building project.
What your financing bank wants from you is form 153; you can get this from your structural engineer. The cost is about €400.00
Best regards
