Hello everyone,
We bought a house in the Reutlingen district last year, and now it’s time to work on the garden and outdoor areas. They are currently in a completely unfinished state.

We had a landscape architect create a plan for us. Now we would like to know roughly how much this might cost (excluding the pool!). I understand it’s difficult to provide an exact figure, but a ballpark estimate like $50,000, $75,000, or $150,000 would be enough as a starting point.

Thank you very much!

It depends on the current condition of the site and the materials you want to use (natural stone vs. concrete block, for example). Also, which plants and their size. Definitely between €75,000 and €100,000.

Definitely between €75,000 and €100,000.

Thank you very much for your assessment.

For the surface, we were thinking of Molina by Godelmann (costing around €50 net per square meter (approx. $55 per square yard)). The site is fairly level and cleared but still in its rough state.

As @aero2016 already mentioned, this won't be cheap. The type and size of the plants play a role. Then you also have retaining wall blocks, etc.
I hope you have planned for a large cistern and irrigation system.
I also see costs over 100,000 without the pool.
By the way, where will the pool equipment be located? You shouldn’t cut corners there. For the pool itself, you should budget at least another 50,000 (if done properly with the appropriate technology).

I can only agree. The question is also what exactly is planned and how it will be carried out. (For example, is the carport already there, what about all the seating blocks, trash containers, etc.)
Looking at the details, this is definitely not standard.
The region is also expensive. I would say that even without a pool, it can easily exceed 100,000 euros.

Silly question, but have you taken the floor area ratio into account?
And yes, based on the details, I would also estimate over €100,000.
