ᐅ Construction companies wanted in the Ingolstadt - Munich area

Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a single-family house of about 140 sqm (1507 sq ft) without a basement on a plot south of Ingolstadt. We are currently looking for suitable construction companies that build solid structures. Unfortunately, we have no experience in this area and rely on your help to separate the wheat from the chaff.

So far, we have the following companies on our short list that we might contact:

- Isar Haus from Munich
- Town & Country (partner is Feiner Hausbau GmbH)
- Wand Massivhaus
- MVS Ziegelbau
- Heinz von Heiden
- Lechner Massivhaus (the company builds with klimaPOR, not sure what to think of that)

Could you maybe tell me if these companies are recommended and whether they tend to build in a higher price range or rather offer standard options?

Do you have any tips on other companies worth recommending in the region? Thanks in advance!

I don’t see any reason against it. Dennert solid house, for example, uses a similar system.

We quickly ruled out H v h after reviewing the reviews and later heard about negative experiences.

PS: By the way, we will be building with a regional solid construction company and independent planning.

How many quotes did you get before making your decision?
What was the deciding factor for choosing the local solid construction company?

Please, no Heinz von Heiden... you can find some information here in the forum... nearby, there are two construction sites we are watching... somehow, everything doesn’t look very neat.

I would also recommend trying both independent planning and the local general contractor at the same time... You can request quotes and see which option appeals to you more.
