blacktschery12 Aug 2024 09:01Good morning,
We moved into our solid wood house in April 2024. As is often the case, everything went very quickly up until the move-in, but since then we have had to ask some craftsmen a few times. Now everyone is on vacation...
Last week, the remote control RT 800 for our heat pump was finally connected. We did not know that the cooling function only works with the RT 800.
To get everything running, the RT 800 must be configured. So far, an error keeps appearing on the heat pump (actually two: room temperature sensor defective and remote control not connected).
Does anyone have experience with this system and can tell me if anything else needs to be done besides selecting the heating circuits? Or is there a way to read the heating circuits from the heat pump?
It is very hot right now, and we would really like to use the cooling function...
I would be very grateful for any help. Thank you in advance.
Best regards
