Hello everyone,

our shower wall has small cracks between the tiles. Moisture is seeping into the gap (see photo). What is the best way to address this? Do I need to open up the entire wall?

Thank you very much and best regards,

Stephan

How long has the drying phase been ongoing?

Old building or new build? Which wall structure?

I don’t understand that. Why was there no drying phase?

Since we bought it from the developer, I don’t know how long the drying phase lasted. I was told that repeatedly cleaning the tiles with vinegar-based cleaner can damage the grout and make it permeable. That sounds logical to me. Do you have any tips on how to clean the tiles more gently?
Thanks and regards
