The developer charges the following:
- Additional cost for underfloor heating €57 per sqm (square meter) + €145 per thermostat
- Electric roller shutters €240 per window
- Garage €10,000
- Decentralized ventilation €1,600 per room
- Second bathroom €5,000
- An additional living room in the basement €5,000
- Network connection €100 per outlet
- Parking space €3,000

However, it would be interesting to know exactly what the standard package includes and how the upgrade is defined. What does the scope of work description say about this?
