Hello,

here is my topic regarding house purchase advice:
https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/hauskauf-steht-an-bj-62-vollsanierung-notwendig-preis.29940/page-4

Now I would like to know from you whether I should take a building expert (IHK/TÜV certified, master mason, civil engineer) or an architect specialized in old building renovations to the second detailed inspection, and possibly also commission them later? Or maybe both? First take the home savings contract and then, if they give the "OK," take the architect for further planning?

Thanks and best regards
