ᐅ Architect and Structural Engineer Costs

I am currently planning two single-family homes together with my parents-in-law. Both houses will be exactly the same, just mirrored. We want to build both houses entirely on our own. So I only need the architect for the design and building permit application / planning permission, and the structural engineer’s services as outlined in the attachment. Unfortunately, I can’t upload the plans because they are too large. Here are the details: 8.85m x 8.85m (29ft x 29ft) floor plan, adjoining garage 7m x 4m (23ft x 13ft), two full stories with basement, and a very shallow pyramidal roof.

I would just like to know if these prices are reasonable. The architect is asking for 12,000€ for both houses and the structural engineer as per the quote.

I would appreciate some feedback.

After the user "humi" kindly pointed out that "reading" can help

There is nothing to complain about in this offer; I would even say it is very affordable for 2 houses.
