ᐅ Floor plan / construction drawing including structural calculations for a clever single-family house from a private owner

I happened to come across this forum through Google. I have a complete floor plan / full set of construction drawings including structural engineering from an architect, featuring exceptional (yet financially feasible) ideas, who designed this house for me some time ago. However, due to personal reasons, the house was never built and the building permit / planning permission was never submitted.
I understand that this application was designed for a specific plot of land, but the basic calculations regarding the structural engineering remain valid.
In the meantime, I have built a different house. I find it a pity that this great house will never come to life.
Maybe you are interested or perhaps other forum members have suggestions:
WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN A READY-TO-BUILD SET OF PLANS WITH STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, or does anyone know where I could offer these documents?

This might become a catch-22. To be able to sell the design, you will likely need to post it here first so that interested users can decide if they even like the draft plans.
