It concerns a decision regarding a company that could carry out our shell construction. I was able to inspect a recent shell construction by the company. Perhaps there are experts here who can comment on the workmanship? Are there any obvious defects at first glance, and does anyone have experience with this?

There is more grayed out than visible. However, what can be seen shows a shockingly high proportion of overlapping dimensions not being met.

Does this happen more often nowadays and can it still be considered normal, or does it definitely indicate a problem with the shell construction company? What do the experts say?

Phew, no idea how often this happens. It happened to me as well as to my neighbor, but only in a single row each time. This is not professionally done. Therefore, it is not normal in the sense of "within the standard."

For me, this supports the idea that if you want to choose this option for other reasons (cost), it should be accompanied by very close construction supervision by knowledgeable people.

Thank you for your reply. That doesn't sound very encouraging. Perhaps there are additional opinions from other experts?

Everything looks very good. I cannot see any defects in the picture. On the contrary, it appears to be very neatly built. That has to be said clearly.

I do not understand what is supposed to be unprofessional about it.
