Hello, I’m not experienced with renovations and not sure what the best approach is. Is it better to hire a single company that handles everything, or should you organize the individual tradespeople yourself? So far, that’s how we’ve always done it in our apartments—finding each craftsman individually.
Does anyone have experience with this in Stuttgart?
Would it be allowed in this forum to mention companies or architects, or would that be considered advertising?

It would be best if you describe the situation with the apartment, how old it is, and so on. Does the property management company have no recommendations, or is the apartment part of a self-managed condominium association?
