Dear all,
We will be installing a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, and for various reasons, both the ground floor and the upper floor will have ceiling-mounted vents.
My wife finds the typical round disc vents, where you can see into the duct from the side, terribly unattractive, and I have to agree with her, even though I don’t feel that strongly about it. She would prefer rectangular vents, although the common ones from Helios always remind me of bathroom fans. The more expensive ones from Tecanno look nicer but still aren’t really impressive, especially considering the price.
What kind of vents do you have, or have you seen any nice ones? Are there any technical aspects we should keep in mind?
Thanks and best regards
Tolentino

If so, make sure the builder uses the original ComfoFlow units.
They can be easily connected together for expansion.
Filter belts, silencers, etc.
And use round ducts with a large diameter if possible.

I’m currently retrofitting an activated carbon filter because of all the wood stoves around here.
I just have to remove the back panel from the air distributor and then attach the filter box there.
I’m not sure if Vallox offers something like that.
