Cup hinge.

However, there are some that open up to 90° or 110°, and others that open up to 270°.
If I interpret the picture correctly, one that swings open to 180° or more is needed here.

I already know it’s a hinge, but there must be another term for it. A regular hinge doesn’t work—I’ve already tried. I’ve attached some photos of the original. One picture shows it in the open position, the other closed.

That's exactly what they're called! Take the sample to your trusted hardware store, and they will be able to help you!

In Bavaria, probably none, but in other federal states, hardware stores are still open.

Now it depends on how the doors are positioned. If the doors sit on the cabinet frame, you need a cup hinge with an overlay. If the doors are flush with the cabinet frame, you need an inset hinge. A center panel hinge is designed for installation on dividing walls and is not suitable for your needs.

Once you know the hinge type, measure the door opening angle – usually it is 110°.

Then measure the cup diameter and the length, and buy 2 hinges online so you don’t have different hinges on the same door.
