Good day.
Maybe someone here can provide a reference value for my new underfloor heating system in my new multi-family house.
This is my first heating season, starting this winter.
I strictly follow the ventilation guidelines (shock ventilation for a maximum of 5 minutes at least twice a day).
The building already seems quite dry. The indoor humidity in my apartment is about 40-45%.
I also follow the instructions on how to properly use underfloor heating.
(All thermostat controls set consistently to a comfortable temperature. Maximum 22 degrees Celsius (72°F) in the bathroom. Heating all rooms, even if the guest room is hardly used. I do not adjust the room thermostats when I am away or not home for 1-2 days).
The supply temperature at the heating manifold is usually around 22 degrees Celsius (72°F).

Now I am interested to know if my heat demand is roughly okay.
For 80 m² (860 sq ft), I used about 6 kWh per m² in the coldest month, January, around 5 kWh in December, and about 2.5 kWh in November.

Is that a lot? Normal? Or rather low?

PS: The multi-family house is KfW 70 standard, heated with pellets. There is no mechanical ventilation system. One person lives in the apartment and is employed. The apartment faces east-southeast (so it often receives sunlight).

Thank you very much!

And once again, the same situation from the beginning, just with a slightly different question...

What do the others consume?

Best regards briefly

Brief regards

Thank you for your response.
The consumption in houses varies greatly!
There can be up to a 500% difference (of course calculated per m2 (square meter)).
So, for example, if according to the meter I need 6 kWh per m2 (per square meter), others consume up to 30 kWh per m2 (per square meter)!
That’s why I’m asking if my value can be used as a reference.
PS: Naturally, heating habits, the location of the apartment, number of occupants, and other factors play a role.

In my opinion, whether there are 2 or 3 people living in an apartment with underfloor heating, or whether it faces south or east, cannot account for a 500% difference if the rooms are kept at an average of 20–22°C (68–72°F).

I don’t have anything more to add on this.
