Is it actually allowed to install a ventilation system with humidity control (due to laundry) in the utility room when using a gas condensing boiler (Buderus GB 162)?

What speaks against it?

I thought so too, but purely theoretically. If the house is built airtight and the ventilation system is running at maximum capacity, could this somehow affect the condensing boiler?
However, I believe that modern systems are tested by the manufacturer for this kind of situation...

Where does the boiler get its combustion air from? That would be a good starting point for the other questions. If in doubt, the chimney sweep will make the final decision.

Nothing.

A modern condensing boiler runs with a LAS system (air-exhaust chimney).

There is also no ventilation requirement in the utility room. We do have ventilation there, but it was not mandatory. In our utility room (which is small, yet we still dry laundry there), a Buderus GB172 is operated.

Best regards

Thank you. My question was not about a possible regulation, but also about drying laundry...
