Is it actually allowed to install a ventilation system with humidity control (due to laundry) in the utility room when using a gas condensing boiler (Buderus GB 162)?

Thanks. My question was not about a possible regulation, but also about drying laundry...

You can easily do that there.

Nothing.

A modern condensing boiler operates with a sealed combustion system (air-flue chimney).

That’s exactly right.

So check if your condensing boiler actually draws air from outside (this should be clearly stated in the manual). If in doubt, just call the chimney sweep and ask whether your unit has this feature. They might ask for the year of construction and will most likely confirm “yes, it does,” since this has been mandatory for new buildings for several years now.

If you have a centralized ventilation system installed directly by the company, then the utility room very likely already has an exhaust vent.

I will ask the installer. It must be with LAS, as the construction year will be new. It should be put into operation from early to mid-May.
