Hello,
the plumber installed the wall-hung toilet unevenly. When standing in front of it, the left side is clearly higher than the right side.
We will, of course, file a complaint. But my question is: Is it possible to fix this without major work? In other words, without having to remove tiles, etc.? As far as I know, these toilets are mounted on two threaded rods. So, the rods must not be level. And to reposition them, wouldn’t the entire wall need to be opened up again?

Actually, there isn’t much that can go wrong there... do you have a picture?
I don’t have one on hand right now. But the fact is: the toilet is installed crooked.
