Hello,
the plumber installed the wall-hung toilet unevenly. When standing in front of it, the left side is clearly higher than the right side.
We will, of course, file a complaint. But my question is: Is it possible to fix this without major work? In other words, without having to remove tiles, etc.? As far as I know, these toilets are mounted on two threaded rods. So, the rods must not be level. And to reposition them, wouldn’t the entire wall need to be opened up again?

I don’t have it on hand right now, unfortunately. But the fact is: the toilet is installed crooked. That’s why I always say: Do it yourself.
