For a controlled mechanical ventilation system, you need a room-air-independent chimney, and possibly a pressure monitor as well. I’m just assuming your Swedish stove doesn’t meet these requirements—take a look at the documentation and, if necessary, consult your heating or energy specialist.
Regarding the choice between underfloor heating and conventional radiators, I think this should also be discussed with a professional. Personally, I have underfloor heating and will choose it again—I no longer like those radiators attached to the walls.
