We acquired an old children's playhouse, which we first had to transport to our place. Thanks to the help of friends, we were able to save it in one piece. Only the posts are still missing.

Today, the roof renovation took place...

That’s how it should be. Just wait and see what other plans I still have in the drawer. [emoji23]

A ladder? [emoji23]

Today I enjoyed perfect weather in Dortmund Hörde and took a bike ride around Phoenix Lake. There are some really stylish houses there for those with a big budget.

After missing my connecting train in Schwerte, I arrived home just in time for the thunderstorm. Of course, without fenders, that was ideal.

So I took advantage of a break in the rain and made a quick change. Therefore, only one photo today.

And some material for the next round this weekend.

How did you secure the house on stilts?

By the way, garden and playhouses are not subject to setback regulations because they are neither main structures nor auxiliary buildings. From a neighborly perspective, an evening barbecue is usually enough 🙂

Best regards in brief

This will allow you to avoid the playhouse being considered equivalent to a building for quite some time. But that doesn’t concern us anyway, since it’s for the meat.

What do you mean by securing it? I don’t see what else I would need to secure it against.
