ᐅ Windows leaking! Is this normal with dry glazing?

Hello everyone,
I have plastic windows that are about two years old, and there is water and dirt accumulating between the glass and the frame. The window seller told me this is normal because the windows have a dry glazing system. My question is whether this is really normal? I have looked everywhere and have not seen similar dirt and water buildup inside any other windows so far.

I don’t think there is any water inside the pane. Otherwise, it would be damaged and need to be replaced. But maybe I’m not seeing it correctly in the pictures.

A service technician was here and trimmed the corners of the seals because they extended too far inward, which prevented the glass from sealing properly. He said it should be better now, but that water and dirt intrusion can never be completely prevented. He also mentioned that it might be possible to replace the seals altogether, though he wouldn’t recommend it since the original seals are manufactured together with the sash and therefore fit best.

Actually, I think you saw it more accurately than I did. Based on the description, I initially responded considering the more common issue, but diagnosing from pictures remotely can be tricky. Now that I’m at my desktop, I notice signs of water intrusion typical for behind the sealing lips. Condensation very rarely reaches that area; it’s more likely rainwater (which also explains why it went unnoticed for so long, as heavy rain events are less frequent and normal rain usually isn’t enough to cause this).
