I am currently building and trying to decide which insulation to use. It should not be excessively expensive. I am unsure whether to choose mineral wool or fiberglass, and whether to go for blown-in insulation or rigid board insulation.
Can someone help me? I’m a bit lost.

The person who prepares this certificate is also obligated to check whether you have followed it. Therefore, you should communicate with the person who prepared it.
