Hello, we are planning to build our house. The details are not 100% finalized yet, but it will be closely based on the Edition 700 model by Viebrockhaus.
Attached are two images of the same house type, just mirrored.
The map is oriented with north at the top.
Brown = main road / Yellow = driveway to our property and the neighboring lot.
Blue line = building boundary to the south, green outline = orchard meadow on our own land.
Which of these two orientations, or a completely different one, would you prefer and why?
With the second option, access to the garage/carport is better and you don’t have to drive across the property.
