ᐅ Which cabinet option is best for the oven and cooktop?

Good morning, I need your advice again regarding the installation of my oven and ceramic cooktop. IKEA offers two options: a) oven only with a 20cm (8 inches) high drawer, b) oven and cooktop with a 10cm (4 inches) high drawer. However, in the kitchen examples shown, even with option a), there is always a cooktop, for example this one

Since I would prefer a 20cm (8 inches) high drawer, I would rather choose option a), but is that possible or is the cooktop in the pictures only for visual purposes? The "what is included in the price" section unfortunately does not list the components, and the assembly instructions are not very helpful either.
