I am planning to redo most of the electrical work in our house soon. I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can get good quality materials at a reasonable price (cables, Wago connectors, fastening materials for surface-mounted installation, etc.).

I would say a hardware store ;-) or try calling an electrical company to ask. Otherwise, just search online; you can find plenty of information there.

Often, the hardware store is the cheapest option; however, I must say that especially for cables or even wall boxes for electrical outlets, there is a significant difference between using "cheap" hardware store cable and "good" cable from a professional supplier.

At the hardware store, there are complete so-called EWL Instakit electrical kits that include all the necessary electrical materials, such as switches, sockets, cables, distribution boards, and so on. The best part is that these electrical kits also come with installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and connection plans for self-installation. The meter registration and inspection by a certified electrician are also included. I bought an EWL Instakit electrical kit at Bauhaus hardware store 1.5 years ago, and everything worked well. I can definitely recommend it if you want to do the electrical installation yourself.
