I’ll start: these are things I would definitely do again:
- Brick facade (but only a fully colored one)
- Clay brick
- Two stories
- Controlled residential ventilation system
- Smart home
- Minimum clear ceiling height of 2.60m (8.5 feet)
- Large windows
- Open-plan design

Thanks Several times here in the forum and on my building blog. L-shaped on two walls, with the island not parallel but angled toward the dining area... paying attention to distances and angles in relation to the fridge and the plot.
If I remember over the weekend, I’ll upload a picture of my kitchen as an avatar.
