Hello everyone,
this thread is meant to be a bit more positive .
I’ll start: these are things I would definitely do again:
- Brick facade (but only a fully colored one)
- Clay brick
- Two stories
- Controlled residential ventilation system
- Smart home
- Minimum clear ceiling height of 2.60m (8.5 feet)
- Large windows
- Open-plan design
What about you?
Best regards

I’m so glad we chose the electrical package with power supply instead of the standard kerosene package. Having a light switch to turn the lamp on and off is really great. And just putting the pizza in the oven, turning a knob, waiting, and eating — instead of priming with alcohol and lighting kerosene, then it sputters and smokes black — no, that’s much better, an electric package like this. It wasn’t that expensive at all, only 4999.

Also, isn’t it better in terms of insulation? Is it true that through-colored clinker bricks insulate better? You’ll have to explain that to me...https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

Does fully colored brick insulate better? - you’ll have to explain that to me...ah ...I misunderstood ...no, of course not, fully colored brick is not technically better, but it looks nicer; an engobe is the top layer and very fragile.lastdrop schrieb:
Some people here can’t do without 10 things, none of which I have. Everyone to their own taste. It’s often like this in life. - Once you have tried something and liked it, you don’t want to give it up. - If you don’t know something, you don’t miss it.lastdrop schrieb:

- The wide entrance hallway offers a lot of comfort without the walls getting scuffed from frequent brushing against them.
- Open kitchen design: I love my asymmetrically angled island.
And the view from the kitchen to the greenhouse at the end of the garden.
Everything else is either not worth mentioning, not present, or could be done differently in another or new house.
Or did I misunderstand the question?

Is it for security on higher floors? Do you mean a fixed lower section acting as a “transom” that replaces the security function?
