ᐅ What are these creatures? And where do they come from?

Hello everyone,

We have small bugs in our house. Does anyone know what these are and, more importantly, what might be causing them?

The source seems to be in the basement, as that’s where most of them are. There are only a few on the ground floor, and so far none in the upper floor.

What can we do to get rid of them?

Please take better pictures; these are blurry and you can’t see anything when zooming in.

That could possibly be a cockroach. However, it is difficult to identify on the blurry pictures. It might be a small species or recently hatched.

Unfortunately, the smartphone camera can’t capture better images. The critters are actually very, very small.

We have had this on the walls as well. Do they also bounce or move when you press near them with your fingers?

They might be dust mites; approximately how large are they?
