ᐅ We are going to build! Can anyone recommend reliable construction companies in the Bautzen area?

Mad_MaxHello dear homebuilding forum 🙂
Our small family is planning to move back to our hometown, and we have reserved a plot of land in the Bautzen area. However, I have no idea which construction company is recommended in that region... You can’t really trust online reviews since most seem to be self-written 🙁
At the moment, we are in talks with Favorit Massivhaus (by Bau Schulze) and are waiting for an offer and a draft.
We haven’t contacted an architect directly yet. There is so much information online that it’s overwhelming, and I don’t know where to start. So, for now, I want to look around to see which companies in the Bautzen district are reliable and then speak with the remaining contenders.
So:
The household budget is set, the plot is secured, and we can manage the financing. We have a total of 300,000 euros available in equity for the house and additional costs. The price of the plot is already deducted. Not much, I know, but unfortunately, that’s all we can do 🙁
I hope you can help me gain some clarity.
Best regards,
Stephan
