Soon we will start the interior finishing, specifically plastering and wallpapering. I want to do both myself and have already chosen certain products. I am still unsure about the hallway, though. Should I use a textured wallpaper or would plaster be better? I assume the walls in the hallway will be subject to more wear and get dirty more easily. So, would plaster be the better option? What did you use in your homes?

Richard-17 Jul 2015 12:17Thank you for the tip, Kerstin S. I will also use textured plaster, and it seems to be very durable. Especially for the stairwell, a plaster that lasts a long time needs to be applied, and 7 years is definitely a long time.
