Hello,
I received the construction drawings from our home builder and noticed that some measurements differ from the architect’s plans. Most of the time, the measurements are a few centimeters (inches) smaller.
Is this normal, or should I insist that the measurements from the architect’s plans be followed?
Best regards,
Jochen

In solid construction, this "can" be normal, since the interior and exterior plaster is only taken into account in the construction drawings. I would assume that the same applies when building a prefabricated house.
