ᐅ How should the wall next to the interior staircase be finished, considering its very high ceiling up to the attic level?

Andre77Hello,
What is the best way to work on the wall next to the indoor staircase (quarter-turn)? Currently, the construction stairs are still in place. From the ground floor to the ceiling of the top floor, the height is at least 5 meters (16 feet). Once the finished stair is installed, a built-in wooden stringer staircase, it’s difficult to access behind the stringer. If any work is done beforehand, there is a risk that tradespeople might accidentally damage the wall. I am mainly concerned about the height of the wall. I can hardly imagine using scaffolding because the construction stairs are in the way. Maybe someone has recently dealt with this and can share possible solutions.
In the picture, it is the left wall, or actually the wall that will have drywall boards installed on the upper part.
Thanks!
