Hello,
It’s not time yet, but I’m already wondering how I will attach things to the EIFS later on.
Construction: 17.5 cm (7 inches) sand-lime brick wall + 18 cm (7 inches) EIFS.
I understand that heavy items should be fixed to the masonry behind the EIFS (for example, the canopy, which is planned accordingly). However, lighter items like the mailbox, house number, or exterior lights should, from what I’ve read, be attached directly to the EIFS. What kind of drill bits should I use for this? Are there special ones, or is a wood drill bit sufficient?
Regards,
StarAce

You can find these at any hardware store.
