Hello everyone. I am currently in the process of buying a house, which I described in another thread. However, while looking through the photos, I noticed some stains or discolorations in the basement (see photo). That’s why I’m asking here in this specialized forum. I couldn’t detect any odor or mustiness. What do you think? Could this possibly indicate moisture? Thanks in advance!

For a relatively new house, it looks worn out 😉
P.S. I also recommend using a moisture meter. This is not the garden side, but the side with the main entrance. However, I can gladly add a photo of the garden 🙂, even though it’s not very large.
